Brown Girl Coaching coaching focuses on healing the whole person (mind, body, spirit, emotions, economics, and unhealed and resolved issues). When you hurt in one area, you are hurting and unhealed in all areas. During your coaching session, I work alongside my clients and provide coaching, guidance, and mentoring. All your answers are within!

Brown Girl Coaching Services include:

Self-Expressive Coaching/Mapping: Finding Your Voice and healing through 1:1 sessions with me as your coach. We will explore difficult topics such as lifestyle transition, grief, and loss of a relationship (breakup/divorce) death of a loved one, recent unemployment or underemployment, microaggression, bullying, or racism in the workplace, and co-existing in toxic and unhealthy spaces.
Goals|Goals|Goals: Becoming a Goal Getter and Go-Getter: During this coaching session, we will spend time with setting and achieving goals, creating achievable and attainable action steps, and finding consistent ways to take your goals from paper to actually putting in the work to manifest them .
Resiliency Coaching: Learn how to reset, restore, recovery, and rest after trauma, drama, loss, being boxed in and counted out.

Clarity Call
